Returns Policy

Here at Carmatara we hope that you will love everything you buy from us.

We offer money back guarantee return policy. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the jewellery to us in accordance with the below:


  • You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.


  • We only refund money paid for a product returned to us in its original and unused condition - with the jewellery security tag still intact - accompanied with the original gift box.


  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced earrings or any pierced jewellery unless the security tag is still intact. 


  • Please note that all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not the cost of postage or any delivery charge. A refund will be made to your original payment credit or debit card account.


Please follow the following process for returning the jewellery to us.


  • E-mail us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number RMA#. Please state the reason for return, order number, product code and contact name, telephone number and address.


  • Pack the returned item in its original package with label still attached. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.

  • Please ensure returns are properly packaged and therefore cannot be damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that when you post your package you obtain proof of posting.For your own security, keep this safe as you will need it as your proof of return as we can not be liable for items lost of damaged in transit.

  • Customers are liable to pay for the postage of return products.

  • Items returned by post can take up to 7 working days to reach us once you have posted the package. When your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 days working days to credit your account.

  • If you are returning your order from outside the UK by post, please use the national carrier within your country.


Faulty Items



We makes every effort to ensure all goods are of satisfactory quality and comply with law.

If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or damaged in transit, you should email us at


within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details on how to proceed with the return and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund. We will refund the delivery charge only if the item is faulty.
